Whats the difference between a lemon law and a secret warranty?

in plane english, can there be an argument?

Lemon Law Protects the car buyer from a new faulty vehicle that have chronic / constant repairs (The car would have to be replaced). A secret warranty is put into place by the Manufacturer to protect them from lawsuits in case there is a recall on a particular model for a faulty part. which they can usually fix by replacing it just one time.
