Does Indiana have a Lemon Law for used vehicles and if so what is it and were would I find more info on it?

In three months we have put on one set of brakes and three sets of tires. there is a piece broken off of the part that holds the brakes and caliper on which is causing extreem friction and heat.

That is nothing to do with being a lemon, and everything to do with not fixing the damaged parts that are causing your problem. Go to a competent brake shop for an hour, like the rest of us would do, and your problems would be solved.

Did you buy or lease for personal use:

A car or light truck?

Within the last 18 months?

With less than 18,000 miles?

From an Indiana dealer?

If you answered yes to these questions, your vehicle may be covered by the Lemon Law.
