Don't do it. The original owner was able to return the car under the lemon law because the manufacturer couldn't fix the problems in the first place. You'll end up spending more time at the dealership than driving and the inconvenience of having an undependable car just isn't worth the discount.

If you buy this form a delaership that is the same make as the car, then ask for an additional warranty coverage at no cost.
There aren't very many Lemon Law cars that truly qualify under the Lemon Law of States, and usually the manufacturer does not resale them.
I would investigate the history of the car more, and only purchase it with a huge discount and written guarantee by the manufacturer or dealer to cover the original problems.
