It might be a flywheel or front pulley. If it is the engine, or power train, which could both be the problem, should be covered under any warranty. Read the fine print.
If it is the flywheel or the front pulley, there will be a vibration. If when you are driving and you don't go, then it is a missfire in the engine, it could be carbon buildup, or a dropped valve in the engine. Or, like I did, I shoved four pushrods through the rocker arms, and it sounded like a thrashing machine. the moral of that story is never race an unprepared vehicle. But I digress. Your warranty should cover a basic look over by the Honda House. If you still have problems getting solutions from them, take it to a parts distributor, like AutoZone. Usually the people employed by them have some experience with engines.
