I have had sagging, body indentations (2" deep), squeeking noises, and too much bounce. I have had the bed replaced 3 times within a 1 year and a 1/2. A different style each time. Now after 2 weeks with this new one, the same problems are happening. What can I do? Get a 4th mattress set, demand a full refund, or blow the company up...(LOL...kidding about the last one). How would I get a refund if possible?
First, contact the Better Busines Bureau in your community. They will work with you.
If you cannot get information from them, I would contact your local news and see if they have a Call For Action type of program. With those, they mediate and are mostly successful in getting you what you want.
The news channels live for this sort of thing!
And... it saves you the headache.
