Lemon Law in California on a new 2008 altima Coupe?

Hi, I got my car 3 weeks ago and So far I have had 3 problems with it. 1-2 days after I bought my new altima coupe, I had tire pressure issues. I went to the service and got it repaired without a problem. Second time was last monday and I got a case where all the warning lights came on (abs, brake, tire pressure, service engine, etc) and I was getting a lot of warning messages on my otther screen. Along with that, my MPH was at 0 and would not move (in my opinion, this could be potentially dangerous because I would not know how fast I was going to control my speed). Today is Sunday and I got this same problem again; however the service department is closed today and it is labor day tomorrow so they told me that I had to wait until Tuesday to get my ccar fixed! I don't know why my car is being all messed up when it is brand new and honestly I would like a refund.. but a new exchange for a car would be good. What can I do?

A tire repair is not a lemon-law problem and its far too early to be going that route with the other issue. Give them a chance to fix it first.
