ATT billing on 800 number have raised up to .27 per minuets?

I am the owner of an 800 line for my business Lemon Protection and have had the number 23 years, over the years I had no idel the rates were getting raised and never recieved a notice until I moved my office and now have two bills, I called to speak with a customer repersentative and was told thats to bad you should have went to out web site to find out the raise over the years, I was told 5 years ago the rate was only .7 a munuet and when I ask why am I getting charged .27 a minuet he called me a lier and said thats to bad, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ATT 800 LINE PHIONE BILLS, I have paied over 20,000 dollars in the past 23 years for a service I was told would always be .5 and never looked at the bill just paid because my home and local was all in one bill. I wasa never notified because he said the state if Ca dont recomend the customers be notified about any increase on the 800 numbers. God bless
