Lemon Law only applies to NEW cars.
Anyways you should be thankful that the dealer is honest and trying very hard to make things right when they could have just ignored you.
It's a used car and probably has mileage restrictions, each state has their own laws. But it sounds like the dealer is being extremely fair and trying to do the right thing for you.
