If i purchased a used car with a 30 day warranty and on it says im covered 50% does the lemon law apply?

there is alot of things wrong with the car but the dealer is willing to pay only half of fix because thats what it says on 30 day warranty contract can lemon law help me?

No.

Sorry, but I believe the lemon law only applies to new cars. Used car dealers are famous for 50% rule. They overcharge for the repairs so that you end up paying 80-100% of the actual cost of repairs. I'm willing to bet that they pay 50% of the repairs ONLY if they do the work. If you take it somewhere else for the repairs, most of them won't pay their 50% share.

No lemon laws apply to used cars. The dealer is going to charge you double for any repairs, and then take 50% off that. I'd have had my private mechanic check the car out prior to signing up for a beater. Good luck, you're going to need it.

Lemon laws protect the buyers of new cars from serious, recurring defects - problems that occur while under factory warranty. There is no lemon law protection for used vehicles.

No. Is your car new enough to have some manufacturer's warranty left? If not, you are limited to the conditions of your 30 day warranty.

Lemon law covers new cars only.
