How do I negotiate interest rates when leasing a car in CA?

Im about to turn 26, but I totaled Toyota on the second month of the lease...it was an accident duh..... but I also filed a lawsuit to Nissan 6 mos after the lease under the CA lemon law. Both cars were paid off in full. How will dealers look at this? This all happened in the last 2 years :( Is this going to affect me now that I want to lease a new car? I want the exact same one I totaled since I didnt get to enjoy it.... I have fair credit and didnt need a cosigner or anything....

you cant negotiate a lease rate, its not the same as buying. I would say dont try to get a Nissan...they know who you are if you filed suit against them.
