Ca. law knowledge needed?

I was buying a car which I demanded the owner to come pick up because it was a lemon. He has left this piece of crap in my parking spot for the last 3 months and I am due in court early march for my suit against him. I'm sure the judge will rule in my favor but my question is can I sue afterwards for storage of this car for the time it has been occupying my parking and for how much?

figure out what your spot is worth and do some math pro rating it for the period of time. If it is on the street, you lose

You would have had much better odds having the car towed away and charging for tow costs.

Also, you're going to have to prove that he somehow had been deceptive in his representation of the car. The court will expect you to have had it examined.

you need to file a countersuit for the same action otherwise it will be res judicata meaning the thing that has been judged. In plain english all claims arising out of the same event or set of circumstances must be raised in the same hearing or it is forfeited

I don't share your optimism. The lemon laws do not normally apply to private sales. I suspect the judge is going to say to you "that's too bad"
